Uszy.Te Music Agency is an independent film composer agency founded in Poland in 2016 by Marika Koasidis. We represent established and emerging composers creating music for films, television series, video games and advertising. Their work features in productions presented at festivals in Poland and internationally.

We build creative dialogue between composers, directors and producers. We help match each project with the right composer, negotiate terms and support the collaboration throughout production. Combining musical insight with an understanding of the production process, we help creative teams develop and realise their artistic vision.

We support our composers’ career development, from defining their professional identity and shaping their portfolios to building industry relationships. Our approach is personal, grounded in clear communication and respect for creative work.

The agency is led by Marika Koasidis, a composer agent, producer and mentor with over 20 years of experience in film, media and the music industry. She holds a master’s degree from Łódź Film School and is a graduate of EY Academy of Business’s coaching programme. At Sony Music Publishing, she worked in music supervision, consultation, synchronisation and licensing, selecting music for hundreds of film and television productions. Her independent producing credits include commercials and multimedia projects for major brands, including “MARVEL Future Revolution: World Orchestra”.

This combination of experience helps us understand the needs of both composers and the production teams they work with.
